- Journalling my way through Allen Carr's "The Easy Way To Quit Smoking". In 60 days I will be a non-smoker (again). And I am going to tatoo the number 60 on my body to prove it.
I was so engrossed with reading this post and the previous one I almost drooled on my keyboard. I miss smoking. I am so glad to be free from it. But I miss it.
